 Return and Refund Policy

Returns will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

Note:

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Buy2all reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Buy2all. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your Buy2all account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Buy2all account closure.

Return Process:

  • Buy2all  Store items can take up to 30 days to reach us once you return such item.
  • Once the item reaches our fulfilment center, it will take a further 3-5 business days to receive and process your return.
  • Once Buy2all issues the refund, it may take a further 5 to 7 business days to show on your payment card statement, or 4 business hours if you request to get the refund to your Buy2all Gift Balance.

Categories Return Windows

Most items can be returned within 14 to 30 days of receipt of delivery.

A. Return Window: 14 days of delivery

The following product types are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement if applicable apply.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

The items which are subject to a 14 day return window are:

1- Automotive Items

(Air Fresheners, Exterior Care, Tire and Wheel Equipment, Cleansers/Degreasers/Solvents, Oils, Seat Covers, Body Tools and Equipment, Interior Care)

  • In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, you can also opt for a free replacement (if available).
  • For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail of the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.

2- Electronics

(Computers, Laptops, Tablets and Mobiles, Electronics, Camera, Home Entertainment, Smart wearables, Accessories, Musical Instruments, Streaming Media, DVD Player, Home Theatres, Projectors)

  • For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on product details page.
  • Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, please include all the accessories that came with the item, remove all passwords or security locks from the device and erase the information stored on the device. For Apple devices, iCloud account should be signed out/erased and all personal data be removed.

3- Beauty Products

  • Including Skin Cleanser, Skin Moisturizer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Deodorant, Fragrance, Lip and Hair Colors, Sunscreen, Make up.

4- Physical Video Games

  • Returned physical video games that are activated, used, or missing parts are not refunded.

5- Pet Products

  • Including Pet – Habitats & Supplies, Apparel & Leashes, Training & Behavior Aids, Toys, Pet Shampoos and Conditioners, Pest Control, harnesses, aquarium supplies and Pet Grooming Aids.

6- Sports & Entertainment Collectibles

  • If you selected self-ship shipping option, you must return collectible items with a value of 40 US$ or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than 400 US$ , must also be insured.
  • For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail of the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

7- Personal Care Appliances

  • Including shavers, trimmers, epilators, scales, medical devices, blood pressure monitors, mobility aids, respiratory appliances, hand and foot massagers.

8- Home, Kitchen, Office Furniture, Office Products and Stationery Supplies

  • Home Furniture (Cabinets, Drawers, Shelf, home décor, lighting, Sofa, beds, mattress, Cookware, appliances, mixer grinder, cooking essentials, and so on)
  • Office Furniture (Chair, Desk, Shelf, Table, Cabinet, Stool Seating)

For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.

B. Return Window: 30 days of delivery

The following product types are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement if applicable.  apply.

Please keep the item in their original packaging, with factory-seal, and not opened or used. Buy2all has the right to deny the return of any items that are not customary to be returned for hygienic reasons, or in case the packaging makes it impossible to verify that they have not been used.

The items that are subject to 30 days return window are:

1- Baby Items

  • Including Diapers, Skin Cleaning Wipe, Skin Moisturizer, Skin Cleaning Agent, Baby Bottle, Drinking Cup, Pacifier, Skin Protectant, Bottle Nipple, Cleaning Brush, Bottle, Teether) and any other baby related items which, by their nature, could not be resold if returned due to hygiene reasons.

2- Clothing, Shoes and Accessories

  • Items like Men & Women Underwear, Lingerie set, Socks and hosiery are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

3- Jewellery, Luggage, Handbags and Watches

  • Any luggage products with locks must be returned unlocked.
  • If you selected self-ship shipping option, jewelry and watch items with a value of 40 US$ or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

C. Return Window: Non-returnable

These items are non-returnable to Buy2all due to the consumable or hygienic nature of the product. In the unlikely event a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. 

The items that are non-returnable are:

1- Grocery, Gourmet & Pet Food

  • We may contact you to request information (including photos and / or videos) and assess the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

2- Digital Video Games & Software

  • Including digital downloadable content (e.g., game or software downloads), digital access codes (e.g., software licenses, subscriptions), digital activation codes (e.g., top-up cards, closed-loop digital tokens.

3- Live Plants

  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

4- Hazardous Materials

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are non-returnable to Buy2all.

5- Fine Art

  • If you selected self-ship shipping option, Fine Art items with a value of 40 US$ or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than 400 US$  must also be insured.
  • All product packaging and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return.
  • Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

6- Personal Care Supplies, Household Supplies & Consumables

  • Household Supplies: Laundry Products (Detergents, Fabric Conditioners), Household Cleaners (Toilet Cleaners, Floor Cleaners, Hand washes, Tissues), Air Fresheners (Sprays, Gels) and so on.
  • Personal Care: Oral Care (Toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes, Power Toothbrush, Waterflosser etc); Feminine Hygiene (Sanitary Pads, Panty Liners, Menstrual Cups and so on); Shaving and Hair Removal (Men’s Shaving – Razors, Blades, Shaving Foams, Brushes and so on; Men’s Beard Care – Beard Oil, Beard Serum and so on; Women’s Hair Removal – Wax Strips, Creams, Razors etc), Haircare, Coloring and Styling, Bath & Shower.
  • Family Nutrition: Infant Baby Food, Toddlers’ and Kids’ Health Drinks, Vitamin and Mineral Supplements.
  • Temperature controlled products: any products which are required to be stored and delivered in temperature-controlled conditions (for example, chilled or frozen items).

D. Replacement Items Only

The following items are subject to a replacement only policy. This means that if you want to return them due to damage or defects, or if you received a different item than what you ordered, you will be able to get a replacement item (subject to availability). In most cases, you will only be able to receive a refund for these items if they are returned in an unopened, sealed condition.

1- TVs and Large Appliances

(TVs, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine, large Sport and Gym equipment, etc.)

  • For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.
  • We may conduct a doorstep verification of the item’s condition prior to issuing a replacement (if available).

How to initiate a return request

You can  initiate a return request through your own account dashboard. 

  1. Go to Home page My Account :  log in to your Account .
  2. Select Order: You will find a list of your orders and can click on the relevant order.
  3. Request Return: A Request a Return  button  available, allowing you to fill out a form to provide the return reason, select items, and submit your request.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method you used for payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Items on sale

Only regular priced products can be refunded. Discounted products cannot be refunded.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you wish to return expensive items, you may wish to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the returned item will be received.
