Welcome to Buy2all. These Terms of Service govern your use of the sourcing and logistics facilitation services provided by Imdad Global Group LLC.
Buy2all provides B2B trade facilitation, including but not limited to: manufacturer identification, product quality inspection, and international logistics coordination. We act as a service provider and consultant between global suppliers and business purchasers.
Buy2all is a specialized supply chain management division. We are not a financial institution. We do not provide banking, escrow, or independent money transmission services. All payments processed are for the procurement of goods and logistics services requested by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the products they source comply with the local laws and regulations of their specific destination country. Buy2all is not liable for items seized or delayed due to incorrect documentation provided by the client.
Fees for our supply chain services are transparently disclosed at the time of the service agreement. By initiating a procurement request, the client agrees to the service fees associated with sourcing and quality verification.
While Buy2all performs rigorous quality checks on manufacturing partners, we are not the manufacturer of the goods. Our liability is limited to the professional facilitation and logistics services provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where our parent company, Imdad Global Group LLC, is registered.
